Imagine my surprise upon encountering this curious gentleman with his surprising tadpole-like aspect. I attempted to engage him in conversation, but he tottered off, frock-coat a-flapping. One never quite knows what to expect when Ragged Rambling!
Could it be? Surely not? If I didn't know better I would have said it was Cornelius Hump. Although on second thoughts the frock coat is a bit neat and the wig is not dishevelled enough to be that of the infamous antiquarian of Norwich.
