We were more than a little surprised to see that the saint on the rood screen in Woolpit Church, Suffolk, bore an uncanny resemblance to Rick Jones of Fingerbobs
Ah life back then was such a simple affair. Shield soap, The Waltons... Children of today just don't get that excitement of seeing paper shaped animals on fingers doing mousy type things. Mr Jones is a saint Sir and justifies his image on the rood screen, I say! So there.
